Because each statue and sculpture in our collection is selected for its quality, meaning, and craftsmanship, we carefully inspect every item before it leaves our facility. However, we understand that sometimes a piece may not fit your space, meet your expectations, or arrive in unexpected condition. This Return Policy explains your rights and responsibilities when returning Humble Statues purchased from humblestatues.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Not all returns are handled the same way. To be eligible for a standard return (change of mind), your Humble Statues must meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • The original packaging is intact and undamaged. Our packaging is designed to protect each sculpture; if you discard it, you may not be able to return the item safely.
  • The return request is submitted within a certain number of days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after that period will not be accepted.
  • The item is not marked as “final sale,” “non-returnable,” or “clearance” on its product page. Some Humble Statues, particularly deeply discounted pieces or custom orders, are non-returnable. This will be clearly stated before you purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or artistic integrity reasons, the following Humble Statues cannot be returned under any circumstances (unless they arrive damaged or defective):

  • Sculptures that have been installed outdoors or exposed to weather, even temporarily.
  • Pieces that show signs of mishandling, including scratches, chips, cracks, or missing parts caused after delivery.
  • Items returned without original packaging or with packaging that has been torn, crushed, or heavily taped.
  • Any Humble Statues that have been altered, painted, glued, or repaired by the customer.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your Humble Statues arrive damaged, have a manufacturing defect, or do not match the product description or photos on humblestatues.com, you are protected by our quality guarantee. In these cases, please follow these steps:

  • Do not discard any packaging. The box, foam, and wrapping materials may be needed for inspection or insurance claims.
  • Take clear, well-lit photographs of the damage, defect, or the incorrect item. Include photos of the outer box showing any shipping damage, plus close-ups of the issue with the statue itself.
  • Submit a return request through our website within a certain number of days of delivery. Include your order number, the photos, and a brief description of the problem.

Once we review your request, we will provide instructions. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund. For damaged Humble Statues, we may ask you to return the item or dispose of it locally if the damage makes return shipping impractical. You will not be penalized for carrier-caused damage.

5. Change of Mind Returns

We understand that art is personal. If you simply decide that a sculpture does not suit your space or taste, you may still return it – provided all eligibility conditions in Section 2 are met. For change of mind returns:

  • You are responsible for the safe return of the Humble Statues to our designated return facility. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
  • The item must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and any certificates or tags.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Only the purchase price of the Humble Statues will be refunded.

Change of mind returns are subject to a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. The restocking fee covers inspection, repackaging, and relisting of the item. The exact percentage or amount is clearly displayed on our website before you complete your purchase.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return for any eligible Humble Statues, please follow these steps:

8. Refund Process

Partial refunds may be granted for Humble Statues that show obvious signs of use, are missing parts or packaging, or are returned after the eligibility window but accepted as a courtesy.

9. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for Humble Statues at this time. 10. Final Sale Items

Certain Humble Statues are marked as “final sale” on their product page. These items are not returnable for any reason, including change of mind, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
